Company number: 08875760, registered in England and Wales.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, contact and delivery details, custom order requirements, correspondence and mailing-list preferences. This also includes biographies and media supplied for agreed artist features. Our service providers supply relevant order, payment and delivery information.

Website services may collect technical information, including your IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, interactions and cookie identifiers.

3. How & Why We Use It

• Enquiries, Quotations, Orders, Delivery & Support: to fulfil our contract with you or take steps you request before a contract.
• General Correspondence, Website Operation, Security & Agreed Artist Content: our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, running the business securely and presenting our work.
• Accounting, Tax & Other Required Records: to meet our legal obligations.
• Mailing-List Emails, Optional Analytics & Advertising: with your consent.

Without required contact or order details, we may be unable to respond or complete your purchase.

Enquiring or buying does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by contacting us. Necessary order and service messages are separate from marketing.

4. Who Receives Your Information

We share relevant information with Squarespace for our website, forms and Email Campaigns, and Stripe for payments. We also use email and IT providers, delivery companies and professional advisers, and disclose information to public authorities where legally required.

Stripe handles payment-card details; we do not store your full card number or security code. We receive the customer and transaction information needed to manage your order.

The website providers below also receive information when their services are used. Some providers process information for their own purposes under their privacy policies.

5. Cookies & Website Services

Cookies store information on your device. Our website also uses similar technologies and external services:

• Essential Functions: Squarespace supports security and privacy choices. Google reCAPTCHA may protect forms against spam.
• Language & Display: Weglot supports translations and language preferences; Adobe Fonts supplies website typefaces.
• Analytics: Squarespace Analytics helps us understand visits, page views and interactions.
• Advertising: with your consent, Meta Pixel sends website activity, device information and identifiers to Meta for advertising measurement and audiences. Meta may link this with information it already holds about you.
• Audio & Video: Tonitrum K audio loads from Google Drive when you press Play. YouTube videos use Embedly. These services receive technical information when content loads; video providers may also use cookies.

Optional analytics and advertising technologies are used only with your consent. You can accept, decline or change these choices through the cookie banner or Cookie Preferences control. Where embedded media requires consent, we ask before enabling the relevant technology. You can also manage cookies in your browser.

Squarespace remembers cookie choices for 30 days; its analytics cookies last between 30 minutes and two years. Other durations depend on the service and your settings. The provider information below explains their privacy practices, cookie durations and controls.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep enquiries and customer records while needed to manage our relationship, fulfil orders, provide warranty or support services and resolve disputes. Financial records are retained for the applicable tax and accounting requirements.

Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed. We may retain a minimal record to respect an unsubscribe request. Information no longer required is deleted or anonymised. Cookie and provider retention periods are explained in the linked information above.

7. Security & International Processing

We use appropriate security measures and limit access to people who need information for their work.

Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers use recognised adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for details or a copy of the safeguards relevant to your information.

8. Your Rights & Complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restricted processing or a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

For a request or privacy complaint, email info@baycustomdrums.com or write to our registered office. We respond to rights requests within the applicable legal timescale. We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed and explain the outcome.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or, where applicable, your local data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
